The Ho‘oilina Companies are deeply rooted in the Hawaiian values of ‘ohana, ‘aloha and alaka‘i lawelawe. These values embody family, humility, respect, mutual grace, and servant leadership prioritizing commitment to building a community and the enrichment of the people we serve. Ho‘oilina embraces a responsibility to benefit the Native Hawaiian community.
The Ho‘oilina family of companies participate in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program. Ho‘oilina Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization holds majority ownership in all Ho‘oilina Companies, which are the main channel of support for the Foundation. The Ho‘oilina ohana (family) of companies support a common mission and strive to deliver the highest levels of service to all stakeholders. This includes providing timely and effective solutions to our employees, customers, as well as our donors and benefactors. Our leadership team has decades of experience in their respective fields and is passionate about empowering those we serve.
