Olakino was formed in 2024 through a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture relationship between Shearwater, a for-profit subsidiary of the Ho`oilina Foundation, and Tria Federal, a leading Technology and Advisory services provider. Olakino is certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
