Hoʻoilina partners with federal and DoD organizations to tackle complex problems and create a lasting impact. As a participant in the Small Business Administration’s NHO 8(a) Program, Hoʻoilina creates effortless access to exceptional services through direct award contracts that are more advantageous than a competitive procurement.
The Hoʻoilina Direct Award Process
A direct award contract is the result of cohesive partnership between Hoʻoilina and our clients.
Through 8(a) direct awards, agencies can slash costs and secure contracts in as little as two weeks—all through a streamlined, hassle-free process.
The full process for making a direct award to one of the Hoʻoilina Companies is described in detail in 13 CFR 124.503 and FAR 19.8.
